President

Gus Mcmillen Is a long-serving public servant of the City of Morgan's Point Resort in the capacity of Police Officer, Dive Team Coordinator, and Firefighter/First Responder, as well as a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force with over 20 years of service. Mr. Mcmillen's innate ability to organize, plan, and execute missions allows him to seamlessly exercise his office as the torch for our organization and the director of current and future plans as President. 

Vice President

Noel Shaver is a Volunteer Firefighter/EMT with the Fire Department and an active member of the community, as well as a veteran of the U.S. Navy. His Well-rounded approach to collecting information and his natural knack for organization directly influences his success in his duties to the Association. He assists the President in pursuit of their vision, and is the primary advocate for community outreach and fundraising initiatives, and serves in the capacity of the president as needed. 

Treasurer

Tony Woodard is one of the longest standing members of the Association and Fire Department. He currently serves as the EMS Captain over Squad 61, and also serves as Associate Professor for Temple College in their Nursing program. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the EMS side of the Fire Department with his over 40 year career as a well-qualified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Licensed Paramedic with specialties as a prehospital Intensivist/Clinician. Mr. Woodard serves our organization by maintaining all levels of financial responsibility, as well as serves in the capacity of President when needed.
